Robert is a medical resident in the UK, and he has truly baffling stores of empathy. If my day job involved long hours spent listening to patients complain, I would want to put on some headphones and lock myself in a cave afterwards. But Robert, in his limited free time, decided to start a podcast (called The Patient Will See You Now) where he listens to patients complain. (In my case, for a very long time.)
Back in October, he invited me to be a guest on his show. We had a wonderful conversation (in my opinion, since I did most of the talking) in which we talked about my own medical history, herniated discs, and sitting disabilities. You can listen to the full episode below.
